New Moon Monthly Tarot Reading for December. In this video we will pull some cards under the New Moon energy in Sagittarius and the Solar eclipse. Looks like there is a lot of choices that need to be made. This energy is being pulled up until around the full moon, maybe even towards the end of the month. Yoga for Adolescents

This Winter Solstice class for adolescents will be a fun way to celebrate the season change, practice yoga, and learn some tips for self care & wellness during the Winter months.

The class will be a two part session where in the first hour we will talk about the Kapha season, learn some self care tips and recipes, and make an essential oil Winter blend roller to take home. In the second half of the class we will practice a yoga sequence that’ll inspire movement meditations during the colder months. Hope to see you there!
