Morning Classes!!!
Finally! Calling all EARLY MORNING YOGIS… we’ve got a treat for you! Starting this week we are offering a chance to develop a well rounded practice on Thursday and Friday mornings at 5:30 am. Thursday we will focus on Yin Flow, working the connective tissues, tendons, ligaments, and fascia in a slower paced flow and longer holds between 2-5 minutes. In Yin Flow you’ll dig deeper into the softness of your yoga practice.
On Friday mornings we will focus on Yang Flow building strength and working the muscles. In Yang Flow you will build up heat and strengthen your practice along the way.
Think of these two classes as the heart and lungs of your weekly yoga practice… surely you’ll find peace and comfort and the perfect balance! See you there!! ❤️ Kelly & AYS

So I OWN a yoga studio now! Awakening Yoga Studio in Richmond Hill Georgia is mine!!! I haven’t posted on here much lately because I just bought it about two months ago and have been busy with it! But decided to share this!!! I’ll be doing a Moon Salutations by Candlelight class on Friday nights at 6 pm starting October 12th!!! Join me for a a magical night!

Happy New Year and First Full Moon of 2018!
Happy New Year!! And happy FULL MOON in cancer the crab!
What the PERFECT way to start the new year! Cancer the crab! Like crabs we outgrow our shells and slough off the old to grow a new one. Some crabs even find new shells to crawl into.
This year is turning a corner for me… I cut off ALL of my hair and I’m donating it to charity. I’m taking a break from social media…if not for indefinitely. No more Facebook… No more Yoga Instagram… (my private Instagram will remain private…with little to no more posting… although it’s nice for Grandma and Grandpa to see the kiddos!) Going to flesh out this blog more, if not, just be done with it too… haven’t decided… considering hiding my online presence… and tucking into a new shell to grow for the next year without the world to see… coming back to self…

PS. Last Quarter Moon in Virgo… I feel you! Thank you for the internal HEALING I’ve been needing! Having dreams that have shown me the light…thank you GOD. the work is happening. Healing is the tall order for the season! And checking in on a last Quarter Moon …well what better way to be thankful for how far we have come! Up and onward!

Where I’ll be the rest of the week and weekend! Join me on Saturday at 10 am for some yoga in the park at Loch Haven Park in Orlando, Florida on the grassy knoll by the Orlando Museum of Art. It’s for the Namaste, Rosé, and Puppé event with ABC Fine Wine and Spirits to raise money for Poodle and Pooch Rescue of Florida! There will be YOGA, ROSÉ, and PUPPIES! 💙
