Where attention goes…energy flows. I saw a cloud in the sky today that looked like a quarter rest…so I took a photo of it and made it into this inverted photo. The cloud is sitting in the word energy. A quarter rest in energy…take the time to stop and rest and enjoy nature. Also I love this affirmation because it is so true.
