At home I like to do YouTube yoga! One of my favorite channels is Yoga with Adriene. And you can do hers at home for free!! And if you feel like it…doing yoga at a center near you gives your hands on help and people to do yoga with…I absolutely love doing yoga…makes me feel really good! Love you mom!!!
